It went very well. All questions were answered and it went flawlessly! It seemed to be a weird design on the back but Tom made it work and it looks great! It's a great addition to the house.

Tom was very responsive compared to most contractors. He's always on-site while the job is going on, checking on progress. The work done adding the insulated roof and screen cage was outstanding. We had some issues with a subcontractor, but Tom got them resolved.

This company is great. The owner is very knowledgeable and personable. Some of the other guys were way off as far as price. When we called he told us he would fit us in and did so within a couple a couple of days. The guys were fast and cleaned up everything when they were done. Definitely would use them again.

The provider returned my initial phone call immediately and gave me a quote over the phone. He was able to fite into his schedule for early the following week and he showed up on time and did the work quickly and carefully. The finished product is lovely and we are enjoying being able to sit out on our patio now.

I lost track of how many people i called and received quotes from.  From the moment I met Tom he stood out as a total professional and from the questions he asked me to being the only person who took pictures of the area during the estimate process, he stood out.  I received the estimate exactly when he said I would and it laid out the room completely and with the final price. His price was right in the middle of all the other quotes I received, but it was his professionalism that stood out.  Tom and his crew were outstanding, Tom was punctual, responsive and kept us in the loop the whole time.  The job was done perfectly and we could not be happier with the results.  I would not hesitate to use him again and will recommend him to everyone I now.

This company was wonderful to work with. it is family owned and they do all the work. They designed the enclosure, got the permit, started on time and finished on time and were professional all the way through. The finished product looks terrific, even better than we imagined.

Everything went as planned. Tom was in and out during the whole process to make sure everything was going smoothly. With the all the work they were doing it made quite the mess, but when it was all done they cleaned everything up and the job was done quite nicely! I would definitely hire Tom and his brother and son to do work for me in the future!!

Tom Was AWESOME!!  Can't say enough good things about him.  He handled everything and was half the price of my other two estimates.  Had a little trouble getting him to come get his money when it was all finished, but who in their right mind would complain about not paying.  Very trusting and great guy.  Would use him again in a heartbeat!!!  Call around, get estimates, Tom won't be beat.

This was truly an amazing experience.  We received estimates from three contractors.  Tom (The Screen Man) was the lowest by thousands.  That concerned me at first, afraid of poor quality work and fear of slow service, but Tom was anything but.  The longest part of the job was of course the permit.  Once we received the permit, everything was up in a matter of days.  All I had to do was print off my HOA form and make the payment, Tom took care of everything else.  Tom would stop by on days he had his crews doing work to check on the job and if anything was amiss, he would take care of it immediately.   I am in the military and I am very aware of attention to detail and Tom and his crew did an excellent job.  One other concern we had was with our dog.  We have a doggie door and we were concerned with our dog getting out.  Tom would always call and let us know when he was coming, so we could lock our dog in or if we were  home he was very conscious able making his crews keep our gate closed.  If you ask if I would refer him to my friends, I already have.   Thanks again Tom, I will be sending you more business.

The completed room is great. We had problems with a previous job permit that was not completed and Tom helped bring that to closure which delayed his work but he hung in there with us. Tom worked graciously with me and brought several samples of solar screen for the east side of the room. The roof of the room is insulated (great for keeping down heat in the room); a fan beam was added to the roof so we could install a fan, the super solar screen on the east cuts down on the intense morning heat while regular screen was used on the N. side (2 different screen densities is not an esthetic problem) , a second door was added on one side. Tom designed the room for maximum height by working off the facia. For every step of the design Tom was gracious and helpful. His price was very reasonable and his son and his crew did a wonderful job on the installation and clean up.
