Dale and his guys were absolute professionals when it came time to paint my house. They did such a nice job on my exterior, when I told Dale I was planning on painting my bathroom myself he gave me a competitive price and I had him do it instead. So glad, the job they did outshined anything I could have done.

The work was started in December 2017. Within a week we noticed areas on every wall that were void of paint. I have repeatedly emailed/called to get this resolved. It is now September 2018 and it is still ongoing. The reason I get is always the same - "it has been raining." I have been very patient, but now it is unacceptable. On August 20th, someone finally came by to finish. They were unable to finish and I was told he would be back the following day. I have not heard from anyone since and the job is still not completed. I thought they were an honest company and trusted them to finish the job they started. I would not recommend them to anyone.

"Hello, I am sorry you feel this way and I see you have no complaints about the quality of work we did or how our honesty was compromised. The delay in the job was for many reasons beyond My Control. There were several times I came out to do work but could not do to other contractors working there and we had to leave, There were times I tried to get a hold of you with no response, the doors that you wanted to be painted did not come in for months after we started, rain on days I had scheduled to do work. When people do remodeling in their house it is very difficult to organize the work for an owner, it is also difficult for contractors like myself to schedule around other contractors I do not know. We did our best under the circumstances. I regret that you felt it was necessary to give me a bad grade on Angie's List, a company that I carry an A average every year for 18 years and with 17 Super Service Awards. I hope other members have it in them to look past this and see my long-term dedication to my customers on Angie's List."

Outstanding work from start to finish. Jim Koys is a true professional who believes in delivering top notch quality of work to his clients. He is very responsive to your inquiries and addresses all of of your concerns. From the first appointment through the end of the job you get his personal attention and does not leave until you are completely satisfied. We started with the interior of our home. We were so pleased with the results that we brought him back to paint the exterior of the home as well (over 3400 sq ft). Then we hired him to paint a rental property we owned. There aren't enough words to adequately praise the quality of work but just as important is the fact that his pricing is extremely competitive. The fact that we have hired him three times is a testament of how we feel about what we get in return for our investment. We have, also, recommended him to some of our friends and they intend to hire him as well. If you want a quality job done at a fair price, hire Jim Koys.

Dale came out and walked the house with me and gave me a firm quote shortly thereafter. I selected DLF over two other bidders. Dale's crew chief Alan was a great guy to work with. He explained the process, did quality work, made a few adjustments that I requested and was polite and friendly. The house looks great. I would use DLF again and/or recommend his team to a friend.

Dale's professional workers Paul Thompson and his son Eric did a fantastic job. The came early and stayed late. Very friendly! Asked what colors I wanted and walked me around the house throughout the job. Asked me to point out spots they missed and I was very impressed; no egos to uphold. The house was stucco and a bit of a pain to get all the paint in all the spots because of the nooks and crevices. Told me if there were any issues at all to let them know anytime, even if I see something off a week from now. Took only 3 days and the price was right. Shook my hand when meeting me and when the job was complete. Good old fashioned courteous workers is what I like the most! Will definitely hire again if I need anything more. A++++

The job went very well. There were some delays but the contractor communicated daily on the schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Very professional and courteous.

The painters were professional, courteous and thorough. We had two doors with rust and the painters spent extra time on them and they look brand new. The weather made it difficult for them to complete the job as planned, but they called every day to let me know if they would not be there. The fence behind our home (belonging to my neighbors) was full of dirt and mold. It has not been cleaned in the 10 years we have lived here. It now looks brand new.

All communication was prompt and professional. The on-site supervision was thorough and the crew lead set high standards for himself and the crew...which met or exceeded my own. The jobsite was cleaned each night before the crew left. From start to finish this was a seamless transaction.

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS! I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and DLF did a great job. Woody and Jerry performed all the task we asked of them. They made sure we were satisfied before they started to clean up. They left my home in the clean state in which they found it! I would not hesitate hiring them again in the future. Thank you guys. DLF paining did an excellent job from the initial contact of their sales representative up through the completion of the job they were in constant communication and very responsive. They resolve the couple of logistical issues quickly and professionally. The completed job looked excellent and their employees were very friendly and communicated well.
