They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

"The work is alright, but I don’t know about the quality product.Ever since we’ve had it, the water quality doesn’t seem right. The water stings our eyes, it smells, and laundry won’t lather up. It doesn’t seem to work like it supposed to. We have been using their services for 5-7 years. They installed the system initially. They have been really good about servicing our home, but I don’t know. The company is very responsive and does what we ask. They are a little expensive. My only complaint is that they do not notify you when it is time to do the annual checkup so it expires and then we have to pay extra. This has happened almost every year. This year, I asked them to notify us beforehand and they did this year."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! Hard to find such service anymore! He was friendly and took pride in his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home improvements.
