Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team.
