"Terrible service. Charged me $550+ for a camera service and to "push clog back" on a full septic. Then got septic pumped and still clogged.... They call me and say it's going to cost another $500+ for them to come back out to "push back clog". If it was a full septic then I should have been charged for the camera service and not the "clear clog" fee. They trying to scam people into multiple service calls. DO NOT USE this service. They will keep charging the customer until THEY fix the issue. 0/5⭐. They also stated it was a "threat" when I said they will not be getting a good review from me. We are a family owned business that has 5 employees believes in giving our customers a quality job and the reassurance that it will be done right the first time. We have a $35 Service call and our hourly rate is $75/hr for a single plumber, plus parts. We do all the work ourselves and use no sub-contractors.

"The initial installation went fine. They came on time and appeared to be proficient. When job was completed it looked fine and I paid the bill. Before repairman left I happened to look closer at the water filter and it was installed backwards. I pointed it out and he said he'd go get new fittings and return that day. He has never returned. I have called just about everyday for a week. They only have an answering service. The answering service says I'll get a call back. Never happens. I can't recommend using them. I now have to incur additional costs to get it fixed."

Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !"
