It was a small job, so he personally did the work over two days. He notified me of his comings and goings, cleaned up after himself, and the roof looks great again. He was also able to do some minor fascia repair (additional cost, of course) along the way. I'll definitely use John Hogan Roofing next time I need roof repairs."

"Representative came to estimate new asphalt roof and soffit repair. First told us the would not reattach our gutters because the holes won’t line up. Then said they could repair the tea soffits because of our pool cage. I asked how a company that sells and installs gutters can’t simply reattach ours and she had no answer . Also asked why an experienced contractor remove a dozen screws holding the pool cage to the roof then reattach them she said they just don’t do that work. Finally she gave us an estimate of over twice as much as two other companies. This is twice as much for one third less work given what they can’t do. Urge people avoid this company."

"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

"Rainier Roofing did a great job of roofing our 100-year-old home in Tampa. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."
