Great work and fast and at a fair price. The other contractors tried to rip me off. These guys are great.

We had a leak, and asked someone to come out to assess and get us an estimate. Alex arrived promptly, and diagnosed the issue quickly. He said it was a really simple repair to re-seal around the sewer vent. I asked how much, and he said he'd do it right then for free. I tried to insist on paying him something, but he wouldn't hear it--said he'd feel like he was ripping me off for doing ten minutes work. He completed the work, and we haven't seen any evidence of a leak since. I asked some additional questions about the state of the roof, since we've only been in the house a couple years, and I know the roof is pretty old. I really appreciated that he gave me an honest assessment without trying to scare me into doing any more costly services. When I asked, he gave me an estimate for a replacement, and it was quite fair. Would definitely work with Sander and Sons again.

Theyy did an excellent job, they came, did the job and our final bill is the same. Tthe quality of the work is exceeded as what we expected.

Sander and sons replaced my roof in July. There were many rain days which made scheduling and start times difficult but they went out of their way to get the job done. Everything was done professionally and permitted and inspected. It was completed on time with very little direction if any from me. My only complaint would be a language barrier with some of their crew, and it was addressed. I would highly recommend them.

This company like others, have a hard time following simple instructions. I told them (Joey), do not go on my roof until i am there (outside) with them and call me when they are on the way out. As i work out of my home and cannot hear the front door sometimes. To make a long story short, things went south pretty fast. me and the man from their company start cussing at each other and he literally races out of my neighborhood in his truck, causing the tires to squeal. For all you other companies out there, if you cannot follow simple instructions, why would I ask you to do my roof and trust that you did it correct.

I am a perfectionist and can be a very picky customer. Sander and Sons exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. The workers were neat and diligent. Joey the owner was superb and a very honest person. He came through with all of his promises and made sure I was happy with the job. 5 Stars!

Belligerent, arrogant, bully! Had an estimate April 30th. The price was good and I hired them. He said it would be about 4 weeks before he could get to it. Fine. I called to ask one question. How many square feet is the roof? He started yelling " I know what you're trying to do"! Said it over and over! I only wanted to know the square footage! I had no argument about price! I already hired his company! So 8 weeks in I've never heard from him again. Guess asking ANY question is a deal breaker.

Sanders and Sons roofing LLC did a great job. The crew was very professional, friendly, picked up around our house and also took a magnet through our grass areas to pick up all the nails. If we ever move and we need another roof they’ll be the the company we’ll call.

I received four bids on this job "AND" they were the only one that gave me and "OUT THE DOOR PRICE" It included everything... Materials, labor & warranty. Plus as listed on their agreement below: Price includes replacing "ALL" wet rotted deck wood rafter tails and fascia "NO EXTRA COST" The three other companies did not offer a guaranteed "OUT THE DOOR PRICE" The others had some provision that could Jack the price thru the roof (No pun intended) I have already recommended Sander and Sons to my family members. PS: The job was done in Florida at my 86 year old fathers house. I live in Maryland and never worried for a minute. My brother, upon completion sent me pictures of the completed job. "A1"

EXCELLENT. Obtained 7 estimates, Sander & Son was the third cheapest, but I felt extremely comfortable with Alex when I met him @ my home. He was very informative, went over every detail, appeared to be very up front & honest. Every detail we discussed he put in writing. He required no up front deposit, set a start date that was 7 weeks out, then called me on week 6 to see if it was ok to start early. The crew showed up as promised, worked until dark 3 nights in a row, and on day 3 did a thorough cleanup, ran a magnet around my house twice, even went around my house picking nails up by hand, blew off my roof, walkways, & driveway. Well beyond what I expected. Will strongly recommend Sander & Son to anyone, and would definitely use them again.

Everything went perfectly. Joey (one of the sons) worked with us on the quote, the contract, the inspector, payment etc and was very professional and personable. He stopped by during the job to make sure everything was going well. He quoted 2 days and everything was done and cleaned up in 2 days. We got 4 quotes and they were the least expensive and included repairs that other companies said would be an upcharge. The workers were polite and hard working. You just couldn’t ask for a better job. The roof looks wonderful!

It turned out we did not have a leak in our roof, but an opening in the soffit. They helped to repair it free of charge. Very courteous and knowledgeable, I would definitely hire them again.

The work was completed as quoted and completed in time. The cost quoted included all materials needed to complete the job. There were no hidden fees or surprise calls stating more material would be needed. The rain delayed their start, but once they were able to begin, they did an excellent job. The two man crew worked hard to get the job done in time and made sure that all the messes made during the removal of the old roof were cleaned up and the yard was back to the way it was before the work started.

These guys are great! They showed up with on a few days notice, matched a competitors quote, used a better product, and finished the compete roof replacement in a matter of days. I absolutely recommend them.

Working with Sander and Sons was a great experience from the very first phone call. Father and son, Alek and Joey, showed up right on time to review the work to be done and gave a complete estimate on the spot. No other sales people or multiple visits needed. A firm estimate on the first visit, in about 30 minutes. Perfect. This work was done as part of a new home purchase where flat roof replacement was required by insurance and it had to be done on a tight timeline. Sander and Sons were great about working me into their schedule and provided every bit of information required by my insurance company. Communication leading up to the work date was excellent and timely. The work went very well, and quickly. Alek was on-site to oversee his team (HIS employees, not subcontracted help) and took plenty of time explaining what was being done and why and showing me the whole process. He was personable and professional and very pleasant to work with. He answered many of my questions about the main part of our roof, which was not part of his project, and gave me a number of DIY maintenance and minor repair suggestions. What an excellent service and the end quality of the replaced flat roof is also excellent. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
