Rainier Roofing did a great job of roofing our 100-year-old home in Tampa. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing.

Not all roofing companies can handle my roofing job.. I have 3 different types of roofing. Shingles, flat roof and elite panels. which all needed to be done. There is only a few companies that can handle all 3 different types of roofing. and are reasonably priced.

BEWARE!! Completely unprofessional. They Post Misleading advertising on Angieslist, and when you call, they just keep playing games to avoid honoring the offer. A complete waste of Time, Stay away of this people

Our offer was for pricing for a roof of up to 2000 sq. ft. for which, unfortunately, your home did not qualify. Square footage of living space does not equate to square footage of a roof. Moving ahead, we have decided to change the verbiage as to ensure that in the future our clients fully understand the difference in calculations used in the roofing industry."

As a Board President of a community that consist of eight residential buildings and a clubhouse, it was important to select the right contractor for our project. After reviewing 13 roofing companies, we selected Ranier and needless to say, a testimony to their performance was total approval by our 136 residents. They outperformed in all areas and they'll be contacted within months as we are preparing to update our flat roofs.

We chose Ranier after we saw their work first hand as they completed our neighbor’s roof. Their pricing was competitive and their roofing color selections were many. As a result of having to get our HOA approval before starting work, they were unable to begin until the first week in August. They bore the afternoon storms but finished the job on time. A special shout out to Maria Ortega, their Sales Manager, who is also an experienced roofer herself. She made sure our every requests were completed to our satisfaction. As well, Danny Alfonso, Ranier’s Business Manager, insured the job came in on time and within budget. I’m so proud of how our beautiful new roof compliments our house! Thanks, Ranier. Betty Carrig.

This project was completed in 5 days. They are professional and efficient. They got the permit in 2 days. Then start working on Monday, by Thursday the new roof is on. It looks very good. We like the quality of the new roof very much. They are great people to work with.

Sameer is one of the most honest people I have met. I left this message before. Over 5 years ago, Sameer was a referral came to Our house to inspect and give Me a quote. The quote was You want need a roof for at least 5 Years. Same not as He was then. The Best, as were the crew that did the job.

The job went very well. Danny was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The quote was fair. The other companies were just gouging with high prices and constant phone calls. They started and completed work on time. Cleaned up after, and protected the shrubs and trees. I would definitely use them again. Would recommend them.!!

I interviewed about 5 different roofing companies. Ranier Roofing impressed me with their professionalism and presentation. At first visit I was given 3 estimates and Danny explained in detail what the difference in price was. The roof installers were polite and cleaned up after each day of work. Everything looks good and just as expected

From the very first meeting ,through the entire job and follow up the entire experience has been beyond excellent. The job was done as promised,the quality was excellent and the site was always neat.We had a couple of follow up issues that were treated with the same level of care. Danny was a pleasure to work with on this project. He was responsive, communicated regularly and got the job done. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. they were also able to help me out after an unfortunate and horrible experience with a painting company that put us behind schedule. RHG stepped us and got us on their schedule next day to complete interior painting and did a great job.

Horrible. Promises made as to start date, requests for deposit without start date. We were at first pleased with scope of work details and responsiveness along with friendly personal interaction. What followed was irresponsible and manipulative.

"We were never in an agreement with this client and she did not like the date that we had proposed. She demanded that we preform the work asap by the coming Saturday and we informed her that we have other clients that are ahead of her and it would not be fair. Furthermore, we didnt have the man power at to accommodate her time frame and we couldn't defer the clients that are ahead of her. Moreover, she stated that we would be held responsible for any damages that would occur from this point till we were to perform the work. I hope she finds a company that can accommodate her time frame. We were not able to do so."

Great experience, fantastic customer service and good work at great price. Dealing with everyone from office staff, to estimator to work crew to owner, all had great customer service skills and always were a pleasure to work with. Job turned out great and they left the job site cleaner then what it was when they started. Would never hesitate to use them again.
