"Ok john Scott roofing was awesome n professional from start to finish. Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. John Scott roofing not only was the most reasonable but an absolute pleasure to work with thank you agin roof looks great !!"

It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "There customer service is excellent! Very responsive when you call with a question or problem. They also adjust the price as the work is being done, in my case both ways. I'll explain. I needed a roof repair after a tree fell on my home, they gave me a quote (same day!) and it was differently a fair one. The roof decking went well over the original amount quoted which to me was expected and price went up. Then they over estimated the amount of soffit needed so the subtracted that from the now new price. At the end of the day the cost went up approximately $35 for an extra 80 linear feet of roof decking! Extremely honest and fair! HIGHLY recommend Trust Roofing!"
