The hole was right over my disabled sonâ s bedroom and we had been getting a lot of rain; a large part of the ceiling had fallen in on his bed. "Before installing a TPO roof make sure to clean your roof with bleach to remove the mold before the roofers install the plastic. Also remove all the old caulking around the edges of the roof because the installers do not do such a good job removing the old caulk."
