He also wasn’t present during the installation. To ensure clarity, I had Jack Rabbit’s engineer/salesperson speak with him by phone. That conversation quickly turned tense, as the salesperson was dismissive and disrespectful toward my husband’s expertise. It was clear the salesperson was more concerned with defending his ego than engaging in an honest, informed discussion. With temperatures soaring and no AC for a few days, I made a rushed decision to move forward with Jack Rabbit, trusting that they would honor their agreement to match a competitor’s quote not just in price, but in equipment and specifications. That promise was a key reason I chose them. Sadly, what we received did not reflect that commitment.
