"My wife and I hired All Star Pools to install a new in ground pool for a new house we purchased. The whole process of dealing with the owner Reggie has been a nightmare. We have a pool which we had paid in full that has a ring at the bottom of the pool coating and a fire feature that was never completed. The owner is nowhere to be found. We now have to take legal action against his company. He owes the cage company and they put a lien on his business and my wife and I. We paid for the cage through the contract which was paid in full. I actually drove to the cage company to give them the final pool payment so he would get paid. We were so frustrated that I actually told Reggie to drop off the rest of the fire feature parts and I would have someone else complete it. We just did not want to ever want to deal with Reggie again. He never dropped off the rest of the parts. He sent us email to us disclosing all of his issues he was dealing with financially and we were sympathetic to him and we agreed he would meet at the house and we would come up with some resolution to help him get through everything. He never showed but continued to build pools. There is so much more but I would need two pages more to discribe all of the issues. I donâ t know how he is getting permitting. I am a former owner of a successful business and I have never dealt with a company that is so unorganized. Stay as far away as you can from All Star Pools. I wish I could post pictures to see what he left us with."
