It was a very difficult job and one of the person had tried before him and failed. He stuck to it and successfully loaded Office 365 on my MacBook Air. It took him longer than he imagined, but it got done. He was nice he was on time and we were very happy.

Wally got in touch immediately and picked up my severely infected PC even though it was the weekend. He returned it the next day virus-free with all my programs, files and applications intact. He didn't charge for travel time - I'm in Punta Gorda and he's in Cape Coral - and was reasonable in his pricing for the repair. He's also a very nice man! Hopefully, I won't need him again, but if I do have computer issues again, he'll be the first person I call.

Had a very complicated problem with IPhone 13 not printing, Wally solved it thru HP APP! The way we were use to, was not solved, NEITHER DID HP TECH SOLVE IT AFTER 2 1/2 hours on the phone! Price very reasonable!
