We experienced extensive water damage when our upstairs bathroom flooded while we were out of town for a few days. It affected so many parts of our home and was incredibly stressful. After reviewing others’ water mitigation and restoration reviews, we decided to go with Restoration Solutions as Sam was repeatedly listed to be dependable and trustworthy. This definitely proved to be the case over the course of 3.5 months of work and communication with us and insurance that needed to be done. We felt Sam was in our corner throughout and helped us make sense of the jargon we didn’t understand. He also went to bat for us and ensured our complicated and prolonged insurance claims were seen through. His employees were polite and professional and got the work done efficiently. He contracted out with a couple of other contractors that also did fantastic job and were polite as well. I couldn’t recommend this company and Sam enough!

After having a water leak upstairs that caused significant damage, we used Restoration Solutions by Elite and we cannot be more satisfied with their services!
Throughout this entire project, Sam was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. When we called them, Sam immediately showed up to our house and assessed the damage. After retaining their services, they immediately began water mitigation and restoration solutions. Sam also helped us navigate the home claim process. After our insurance gave us incorrect information about sending payments, it was Sam’s intervention that ultimately resulted in the insurance company paying the claim.
Additionally, Sam’s entire team was extremely efficient and professional. Due to the widespread damage caused by the water we had to have dry wall cut and replaced, flooring replaced, doors/trim and baseboards replaced and all the affected areas had to be re-painted. Everyone that worked on these various jobs did an incredible job!

Emergency response to house flood and water mitigation. They were fast arriving and tackled the water and the mess. So careful with our things and pets. Sam is a machine! They were so amazing I hired them for the entire remodel. Matt and Sebi are such gentlemen while they work endlessly. They never stop till it's perfect. Handled the insurance and mortgage company with me. Couldn't be more grateful to have had Restoration Solutions by Elite come to my rescue. THANK YOU to RESTORATION SOLUTIONS by ELIE LLC. Sam Diligianis came by a couple of days after Hurricane Beryl hit Lake Jackson, Tx. I had a 60-foot pecan tree fall on my house damaging my roof with limbs punching through the roof and into two bedrooms. It rained over 10â  the day of the hurricane and every day post thus leaving a very big mess with wet carpet, bedding, sheetrock, ceiling, insulationâ ¦etc. Sam was very upfront with what his company could do for me and excellent advice on how to proceed. They came in and took out all the insulation, sheetrock, carpet, carpet padding and other items in the rooms that were damaged and molding which was past saving. They then decontaminated all the wall studs, ceiling members, floor, and items that were salvageable. Then fans and dehumidifiers were set up to dry the house out after so much water had entered. The crew (Sam and Matt) were very professional and worked very efficiently throughout the process. They also wrapped and packed all salvageable items and hauled to a storage unit I had rented. A great overall job!

They're the epitome of restoration; no issues encountered! It was a random search "mitigation near me". Sam and Matt and Sebastian and others were super helpful. My house came together in the best possible way. I was hoping for faster but it was 3 months. I endured a fire in one bedroom. Don't get amazon indoor fire pit. The only moment of fear was because there were too many fires, USAA was slow to send Payment but they were careful that I would not get "burned". My monies were going to my mortgage servicer, which wasn't exactly the best situation, due to poor communication at times. The red cross came through and handed over several hundred to get me through a month , thankfully. My mortgage company needed special check endorsement which took more time (estate administrator). The workers don't work on zero money and I can't blame them. At the end of the day they put everything together exactly as it had been. They saw me through from start to finish and I definitely recommend them! Sam, Matt, Sebi, David they were great!
