Tarpon Bay Construction is a family owned and operated business. The owners, Jeff, Brent and Corey Schepp have lifelong construction experience, education and advanced training. Originally from the Midwest, the owners have been longtime Lee County residents but have never given up their Midwestern values and ethics. Jeff Schepp Inc. d/b/a Tarpon Bay Construction is a Florida state licensed class A general contractor. Providing both general construction and design build services we present a wide range of experience. We offer guidance and solutions from initial design development through zoning, site planning and final construction. Tarpon Bay can easily provide single source building solutions. At Tarpon Bay we focus on our customers. Our goal is to provide every client with an enjoyable and rewarding building experience. We achieve this goal through open and honest interaction, timely and professional responsiveness.

Brent, Corey, Collin and Alex are a family-owned business that provided exceptional service as they built a home for us while we were 2,000 miles away. They kept us up to date on the many challenges that we had building from that distance and while in the middle of a pandemic supply shortage. They were prompt with replies if/when we had questions. All Windows and doors in the home were replaced with hurricane impact products. We were advised as to when the products would be in and approximate date of install. The young contractors worked amazing together as a team and got the job done in record time. Each day as they left the property, everything was cleaned up.

We hired Tarpon Bay to remodel a rental property we had just purchased. Since we live in MA, it was critical that we could rely on Brent and his team to communicate status and issues timely and with budget in mind. It was great to be able to trust that they would do the job the right way and with creative solutions when needed. I especially appreciate that they were courteous, professional, and cleaned up each day. I will absolutely hire them for our next project.

We remodeled our Cape Coral, Fl. Home while living in the Chicago area. We gutted the whole interior, removed and relocated walls, a bathroom, and extended the front door. We changed the outside from the Spanish style entry to a more contemporary look. Brent and his crew made it absolutely the easiest remodel job I have ever done. The workmanship was great and the project was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Tarpon Bay for any remodeling you have to do. Brent kept us updated on the project and sent pictures for all the steps along the way. He offered suggestions and gave us his honest opinion on our choices. In fact he almost insisted we take the laundry out of the garage and put it in the house. It turned out to be a great choice, especially in these hot summer months. I used a home remodel loan and Brent filled out all the necessary paperwork. Brent created our dream home for us.

Brent and his team went over and above to achieve the vision I had for our condo remodel. He was always conscious of my budget and tried to keep me on track:) He built a window transom from scratch to fit a wall that makes our condo unique and beautiful! Hired Tarpon Bay for home renovation using home renovation loan.. Brent was very to accommodating in supplying all the paperwork bank requested many times at short notice and then rearranging his crew's work schedule to get the project done. He and his son are very professional and courteous and responsive to the customers' requests. Job looks great so far. I really appreciate all they are doing for us. Great company.

I used Tarpon Bay Construction for a condo re-model, and handled virtually all of it long distance. I received courteous, timely service, with many"extras" I wasn't expecting. Whenever there was a product that I ordered from a third party that didn't measure up to Tarpon Bay standards, I was notified immediately, and offerred appropriate options. They worked within my budget and timeline, and made everything work. Again, I stress we did this all long distance, and I had the utmost faith that the work was done to the highest level of professionalism I expected.
