He was nice and professional, show me some areas that needed more attention. The next day I noticed a huge difference! The chemical has no smell so my house never developed a nasty odor. "I've been using PTPC for a few years now and plan to continue their service at our new home. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you may have while they're working. There is the yearly treatment ($325 I think?) and then the quarterly throughout the year ($60.00) I did a lot of research on services and companies in the area and I can't say enough good things about them. On a side note about termite inspections for selling/buying a house...no one has to be home unless it's specifically ordered by the owner of the property that they do."
