"They were so helpful and friendly."

"We appreciated their scheduling practices"

"Seemed to be knowledgeable about the issue. The technician (?) was personable and followed up. There was some disconnect between the technician and the office as far as scheduling was concerned. Too early to tell if rodent problem as been solved. Thought the service was a little pricey. Actual fee was higher than quoted on phone. So far, so good."

"They're very prompt, professional, courteous and have the best rates around! I know I can call them and they'll get out and get it done and communicate well with me."

"Mike was very knowledgable and friendly. Discussed prevention as well as controlling rodent infestation."

"It only cost me $200 for 3 months of service. That's pretty dang great considering the pest I'm dealing with is hard to get rid of and requires multiple treatments. The person was very friendly. Service is fast and reliable. I'm so grateful they reached out to me! Very satisfied. 10/10 would highly recommend!"

"NWS is doing amazing work. They take Pride in their work and care about the customers. Very friendly I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks"
