This co. is the best that I have ever dealt with. from start to finish. They gave us the best product for the money after having five other quotes from local competitors, and studying the latest technology. WE went with Bosch 20 Seer with humidity control. This unit will pay for itself within seven years because of the energy it will save us because of the variable speed compressor and evaporator blower. We are so very happy that we choose Fitzsimmons Heating ,Air.

Made appt day before and he told me he'd show up between 830 and 9am. He was at my front door at 829am. He had the part in stock to fix my A/C and he was able to complete repairs timely. I'd happily hire them again.

Took two days and several variations of parts before A/C was fixed.

"Unfortunately, this customer had lightning damage to a variable speed air handler. We do not stock these parts on our service van because they are very costly and have to be programmed by computer at the warehouse for each unit. After diagnosing the problem and procuring parts. Found out the warehouse has sold me a bad control module. By this time warehouse was closed, had to return following day with another module and motor. I did discount Labor for the inconvenience to this customer even though it was no fault of my own. Life is not always perfect and making everyone happy is almost impossible. But we try :-) Thank you for your business."

Mr. Fitzsimmons arrived promptly on time, neatly dressed and clean -like a professional that is proud of his work and company. He had all the equipment and tools he need to complete the job in the time period that he quoted. He answered any questions that my wife and I had with a straight forward answer no guessing. Once he set the price that was it. He done outstanding work and cleaned up the work area totally. He's the kind of contractor I would recommend to my neighbors� and grandparents. GREAT JOB.

We hired Fitzsimmons Heating and Air to install a few new pendant lights in our kitchen. The gentlemen that arrived were very prompt and professional. They did their work quickly and neatly and cleaned up after they were done. We have since hired them to do some additional work. Great Service! Highly recommended!

He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Topped off our freon level and diagnosed our problem as freon leak in the coil. Provided estimates and information on replacing the coil or upgrading to a new system since ours is ten years old. We will be using him again when we decide which route we want to go.

Anyone knows that in the middle of August finding same day Air conditioning repair service is extremely rare. We contacted Fitzsimmons Heating & Air and were able to be serviced the same evening. John came out and was extremely polite, clean, respectful, and VERY knowledgable about what he was doing. The problem was fixed in about 10 minutes. Service and pricing were both great! I am very accustomed to companies telling you they will come at a certain time/day and never show at all. It is definitely not the case with Fitzsimmons Heating & Air. I would highly reccomend them to EVERYONE! Thank you so much John!
