Now, it’s a delight to come home to. A beautiful paver driveway, sidewalk, a new lawn and edging around thoughtful landscaping highlight the front of our house. The once overgrown backyard now boasts an incredible paver patio looking out on a serene natural area of trees and grasses. The new irrigation system will ensure the beauty of the landscape for years to come. Also reflected in this five-star review is the experience we had working with C & L. To say they were accommodating is an understatement. "Excellent craftsmanship but be flexible. We hired Andrew to build us new stairs for our front porch: only three steps with railing to match the porch and to add boards to seal up the open gap leading under the porch. The work was completed in a couple days and everything came out great. While here he was courteous and friendly, and provided us good advice about the wood before we went to painting it ourselves. There were some delays during the work, but we weren't in a rush. It was also around Thanksgiving. The communication could have been a little better, but it was not show-stopper. Life gets in the way for all of us. I'm glad he shared photos of his deck work and like reading the other positive reviews, because our deck is probably the next big project for the house."

"Joe is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind, honest, professional, and truly cares about his work. I recommend him 100%. I hired Joe to pour a colored and stamped concrete walkway along the side of my house on Saint Simon's Island. Joe was super patient as I tried to decide on a color and design and offered suggestions as to what might look best and why. At the end of every work day, he made sure my yard and my neighborâ s yard were cleaned with no trash/debris. Two years ago, Joe poured my back patio which was plain concrete with a broom finish (which I love for the patio). So, when I needed another concrete job I knew I wanted to use him again. I cannot say enough about how pleasant the entire experience has been."

"Ryan and his guys really knocked it out of the park. Kind, professional and seriously first class. I can't believe how great the whole process went. I found Sterling Contractor Services on social media and Ryan came out took the time to walk me through the process and gave me a great quote. The day of the job he and the guys showed up removed the 150ft of old falling fence a got it replaced with a beautiful privacy fence. Everyone was so amazing and they really went above and beyond. Treating the job like it was at thier own home. I will be keeping them on speed dial for everything."
