Hello Friends, I am giving the rating to Accurate Fence because this company and owner’s customer service is completely opposite of the name. They move my fence back panels which took them one week with lake of their employee communication between them. After three month there was Milton Hurricane arrive which took my Fence panels and took a part due to not set up correctly and did not put cement Poles. It is very sloppy work and very bad customer service. If you have money to waste, then you sure hire this company to do any work. They don’t have proper professional people to work with. Thank you and good luck if you hire them.

The guys were pretty talented, it was a slow starting, but they just lie. Short tempered they argue with me. and started yelling in my own yard. And the actual owner wanted me to hand the check even tho the job was not done and he started cussing me out on the phone, he was just so mad and had a very bad temper. I just want people to know that they had such a bad temper. And that I wouldn't recommend them more so for women.

Accurate Fence completed a wood privacy fence around my back yard and all I can say is WOW. The Accurate team members were all timely, professional, hard working and most importantly great at their job. The fence and custom gate turned out incredible, Accurate truly went above and beyond. Also the job was completed way ahead of schedule. If you are looking for fence work done in Jax look no further then Accurate.

He cussed me for wanting a correct schedule to fix the work that was not correct. He showed up on my job 4 weeks late, didn’t phone me he was coming and I had a Christmas trip planned. He demanded he get paid when he finished even though I was not there to inspect his work. He lied to me 4 different times about when he would start the work. Gate to back yard was not level, only 2 to 3 inches of dry cement was pored around posts, fence was 6 inches off the ground, any animal could come and go as pleased. Didn’t follow the site plan and left 4 foot of fence out and didn’t square the fence to the house 90 degrees, was 120 left rocks all over my yard from post holes instead of hauling away extra dirt. Very unprofessional

You and your wife running out with cameras taking video of us while asking questions really did it for me and my 3 installers. GOOD THING WE ALSO DID YOUR 2 NEIGHBORS ON BOTH SIDES AND THEY LOVED THEIR FENCES AND HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH US. You are a customer that can't be made happy. Also, one that told my installer that you were going out of town instead of paying us after the job. Which you did for a week. While we did both of your neighbors homes. I picked you for a review because I wanted to see what kind of LIAR YOU REALLY ARE. Good job !!! Enjoy your fence !!!!"

Came to install beige 6’ vinyl both sides a 5’ gate on one side. Vinyl tapered down to 4’ aluminum 16’ on both sides and along the back with a 4’ gate. Work done in 1.5 days. Excellent job great workmanship truly professional work. My son hired him to install 4’ pool fence on sides and back.

stephen langham took my deposit and never ordered materials or did any work on my project. i paid him 2780 by check on 08/15 check cleared my bank on 08/18. His bank held the funds but he blames me for it so he is refusing to refund my money or do the job. He sent me a screen shot of his bank account and before my deposit, he was negative $600+. my money was needed to get his account right. He lied to me from the very first words that came out of his mouth. Do not, do not, do not, hire this company. my number is 904-571-8606. thats how confident i am concerning this company. call me if you have questions or, want to see proof. He will try to blame me. He is a terrible person who is "stealing from paul to pay peter". i typically read reviews prior to hiring but unfortunaly for me, i was having a pool filled and he promised he could have it done prior to that. I hired him through thumbtack so i felt like i was okay. Stay as far away from this man (stephen langham) as you can. you will thank me later.

I paid in advance 50% of the total amount ($3,277), and he never showed up to perform the job. After leaving several messages, he finally called back upset and stating he has too much work. Also, he said he still doesn't have the materials to perform my job project. I asked him my money back. He got bad attitude over the phone (I'll talk to my lawyer blah blah), and I don't know why?? He is the one not meeting the contract agreement. I still waiting for get my money back. I'll update later.

"Actually this is 100% false. Not only did you give me a deposit check not on Friday you asked for it back. I SAID NO PROBLEM YOUR MATERIALS ARE READY ON MONDAY. I CAN COME TO THE JOB ON MONDAY OR GIVE YOU THE CHECK BACK...You then called me on Saturday and said that you would still like us to do your job. I was glad. We completed the job and collected the FINAL 2nd CHECK and now you have a beautiful vinyl fence around your beautiful home. Thank you for the business. Please change this review. I never mentioned anything about an attorney nor did I threaten you with an attorney. That just isn't me at all. And I thought that everything worked out excellent after we spoke. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE HAPPY? I want you to be a happy customer. This was a job that I really liked my company doing. I didn't read this review until a month after the job was finished. Very surprised that you said we stole something from you when we collected deposit and final check and completed the job."
