Garage Door Service
Brandon came same day we connected and was quick to arrive. We didn’t need much done really but he recognized the issues and quickly got it all working. I feel like I can trust him to not try to repair or replace anything unless it really needs fixing. He did a great job of describing what needed to be done so I understood the problems.

Called right away and showed up the next day on time(even though it was a Sunday). Listened to my issues and told me what needed to be done and other things that could be done. Was super friendly. Work was completed quickly and even went above what was called about. If any other garage door projects come up, will definitely be having them come do it.

Brandon was amazing! He put the Garage Screen Door enclosure together without a hiccup. Did a clean cut job. I Highly recommend him and the company "On the line Garage Doors" to everyone. Great. Brandon came out and after really assessing the situation described the options. He did install a new garage door opener and even programmed a new remote keypad after mine wouldn’t work. He was kind, patient, and very professional. Brandon answered all of my questions. After he was done in my garage he went above and beyond by helping my next door neighbor with her garage door. I would recommend On the Line Garage Doors to anyone.

Brandon was very professional - gave me three options from lower to higher depending on how much I wanted to do. Everything works great - the opener is very quiet - it has motion detection so the light goes on when I enter the garage from the house. Call them - you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience and reasonably priced. Jessica helped to get me scheduled and Brandon did a wonderful job with the installation. We had an outdated motor and Brandon helped to show us all different options that were in our budget. Overall 5 stars and we would highly recommend.

The technician was very transparent and easy to work with. He explained what the problem was and then gave me two resolutions to the problem- he told me the bare minimum I could do to get my garage door performing again and also told me the maintenance that was over due plus the proper way to fix it long term. I appreciated his expertise and honesty. Would call On the Lone Garage Door again as well as recommend to family and friends.
