Once windows were installed he measured for the sills and went to get them. The sill company cut them to the wrong size and he had to go back to get the correct size. He was very upbeat about the mistake and the delay. That was very refreshing. The clean up was wonderful and I immediately ordered two more windows to complete the replacing of old windows. The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house.
