"Rob arrived promptly at the time he specified and worked at a steady pace to remove the old windows. He is very proficient in his work and you know he knows his trade well. Once windows were installed he measured for the sills and went to get them. The sill company cut them to the wrong size and he had to go back to get the correct size. He was very upbeat about the mistake and the delay. That was very refreshing. The clean up was wonderful and I immediately ordered two more windows to complete the replacing of old windows. Those will be installed this week. Very happy with Rob and his workmanship."

The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."
