Gulf Coast Windows and Doors replaced my windows. Courteous, knowable, and tidy. The windows are great quality and look amazing. We can’t say enough good things about Rob. He shows a fantastic work ethic and is high energy; a good combination. They got the windows and doors in quickly and on time. Rob eve did the paperwork for our rebates. They clean as they go, so no mess, Rob even came back to apply some stucco to fill in. you won’t be sorry if you hire Gulf Coast Windows and Doors.

Can’t say enough good things about this service provider. Rob and his crew - Robbie and Justin were punctual and the ultimate professionals. The quality of their work is outstanding. They took extra steps to ensure a perfect end result. They cleaned thoroughly as they progressed so that when finished it was like they were never there. They worked steadily and very methodically. The cut inspector who reviewed the job said that he sees a lot of bad work but it was very apparent that this was a job very professionally done. I would hire Gulf Coast again without hesitation. I will also be glad to provide a recommendation to anyone considering Gulf Coast. Super job!!!

I got 4 estimates they were within $20.00 difference. Rob’s estimate to install the door was 1/2 the time of the others for the same exact do. The installation was great both of the installers were very professional. I made the right decision going with the small company. I have given his information to 3 people that are going to be replacing doors and windows soon.

Rob and team (Robbie and Justin) are great to work with. First found Gulf Coast back in 2015 on Angies list. Had them replace existing windows in our Florida room. Liked them so much had them back to do a bathroom and kitchen window replacement a couple years later. Then, this year we reached out about converting a larger sliding window to a set of custom sliding doors. This required removing part of a cinderblock wall and finishing up with new interior and exterior stucco. Rob and the guys did a great and CLEAN job. Always impressed by how smooth and steady these guys are, all the while keeping the workplace as clean as possible. We are in the process of selling our home and will have Rob out to the next place for any needed window replacements. Great company, and group of guys, will not disappoint!

Rob was excellent" Price was great, but the installers were perfect. They took great care to make sure the installation was done right, and kept the area clean and neat throughout the process. Installation was fast (2 days), and they answered all questions. The inspector was also impressed! Would recommend them to anyone.

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job with our window and sliding glass door replacement. They were prompt and professional. Rob arrived promptly at the time he specified and worked at a steady pace to remove the old windows. He is very proficient in his work and you know he knows his trade well. Once windows were installed he measured for the sills and went to get them. The sill company cut them to the wrong size and he had to go back to get the correct size. He was very upbeat about the mistake and the delay. That was very refreshing. The clean up was wonderful and I immediately ordered two more windows to complete the replacing of old windows. Those will be installed this week. Very happy with Rob and his workmanship.

Rob Loyer did an excellent job installing new windows in my home which was built in 1973 and had the jalousie style windows.
Rob gave us a good price, was flexible about replacing windows one or two at a time depending on our financial situation and day of the week we could be available. He did excellent work, was time efficient, took away the old windows and cleaned up after the job was complete. I highly recommend his company for window replacement.

Excellent. They are consummate professionals. They actually arrived early and immediately started work. They cleaned up every step of the way. Even though I had two doors removed and two new ones installed, my front door was hardly ever open! This was because they prepped the entry door for installation prior to doing so, and did it the proper way, removing the outer door first, then the inner door. Then installing the inner door and completing the job with the outside door. Very smooth installation. They asked my preference when any piece of the process had choices. They worked through lunch; hardly took any breaks. Great job - I love the doors!

I called on Tuesday and they were able to get me in the next day. They were very personable guys on time and efficient. They answered the phone as well which I find very important. No unexpected charges and they left my home clean and neat. I would surely use this company again and refer to my friends

We met in December and Scheduled today for the installation, 1-8-2015. The crew arrived on time, 8:30 AM and put down cloths to protect the carpet. Eight hours later the door was installed. I observed the process during the day. The fixed the rotting wood and leak problem. They were courteous and answered my questions. They showed me how the doors worked. This is a double pained, three section door with two of the sections non moveable and permanent. It is a Windgard and hurricane rated. After insulation the did a good job cleaning up and returned the furniture to where it belonged. I am pleased with the great job.

I called Gulf Coast Window for an estimate because many windows in my home would not open, stay up, drafty, etc. Rob Loyer came out and assessed all the windows. Some only needed WD-40 to loosen and were ok after that. He recommended 3 windows be replaced. We agreed to replace 2 picture windows on the first floor and a smaller window upstairs. I gave a 50% down payment by check. Justin and Robbie came out ON A SATURDAY to perform the work. I say this because it is very hard to find anyone to perform work on a weekend. I work normal business hours and like to be home when work is being done on my home. They arrived a little early and did the job very well. They started upstairs-- ripped out the old window and replaced it with a double-hung Low E window. Double slider picture windows were installed downstairs, one in the rear and one in the front. What a difference! Not only do we now have windows that open AND close, but let in more light and fit well to avoid air escaping. I'm sure our electric bill will go down. The installers were very polite to my children and pets, covered my furniture with drop cloths, and cleaned up well before leaving. We also received instructions not to touch the windows too much while the glue/sealer was drying. The final paymet was done by credit card over the phone several days later. Thank you Rob, Robbie and Justin for a wonderful home repair experience.

Workmen were professional, courteous, and timely. They kept the work area very clean. All I had to do was dust the tops of furniture when they left. They moved my furniture out of the way and back in place also.

I met Rob Loyer while walking my dog and he was working on a house in my neighborhood. After a few minutes conversation during which I explained my needs and he agreed to give me an estimate, I pretty much knew I would hire him He is a rare commodity today: Professional yet very friendly; honest and reliable, a genuinely nice guy. And HE ALWAYS ANSWERS HIS PHONE, ADDRESSING YOU BY NAME!!! No voicemail here, telling you "your call is important and may be monitored for quality assurance"!!! He came to my home a few days later, measured, and gave me a time frame for delivery and installation. About a week or so later, Rob called to say the windows were delivered and to set up an installation date. He arrived early, which in itself is impressive since it was during rush hour and it's at least a 20 mile drive. Rob proceeded right to work (alone, by the way) and was done before I knew it! He went out of his way, I feel, to insure a proper fit and appearance. I've had several neighbors and other workmen comment on how good the windows look which confirms I made the right decision. And I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is a textbook example of how business should be conducted.
