"I can't be more pleased! I needed 2 sheds power washed, painted 2 colors to match my home, trimmed with lattice, and a hole cut for a "window" AC unit in one shed. They had every right to reschedule with us at the start of our project because my husband dropped the ball and didn't move his junk away from the sheds. They moved his junk and started the project. That's superior customer service as well as going above and beyond. They also completed my project in a very reasonable time frame. Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them and will not honor the promise!"

"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."
