Richard is the real estate agent who showed up to do the presentation and contract. 2. Richard listed our house as being 1800 square feet when the reality is 1456. I let this slide by because I had never actually measured the footage. 3. We listed the selling price too high but figured you can always lower the price but not raise it once on MLS. Come to find out from other realtors we were way off mark. 4. Richard leaves the county for another job. We get Felicia who is very young and new. 5. Felicia at first called us Linda and Mitchell. Mitchell is our last name. My husband's name is Mike. 6. Realtors in this county dress in shorts, flip flops or casual skirts. Felicia is no exception. I have a problem with someone dressed for the beach selling 6 figure "merchandise". Be professional! 7. Felicia let us know that someone wanted to see the place. They showed up on time. Getting feedback was difficult. Felicia said that she had called the realtor but was getting no returned calls. I told her I would take care of it. I found the agent's office online, called the number, spoke with the owner/broker and, lo and behold, got a call from Felicia within 30 minutes! I shouldn't have to do the agents work! 8. And now the worst: She calls August 21 to say she is sorry to not have been in contact but she had surgery the previous week. And oh, by the way, there was an offer but she told her co-worker(owner's wife) that it was too low. At the time, we considered it too low but it is not the realtor's right to not call us with an offer. We called Fran (the broker) and left word about what had happened. He called back confused as to what was going on. We explained that his wife had told Felicia that a client wanted to make an offer and that Felicia had turned it down. He said he would investigate. I called Felicia the next week to tell her to always inform us of an offer. She replied "OK". She didn't argue or comment about the supposed offer. The following week Fran calls to say there was miscommunication, that there was never "really" an offer. It took 2 weeks for 2 people who live together and another agent to figure out there wasn't an offer! 9. Oh, Felicia calls September 3 at 9:30 pm to say she "just" got a text from an agent whose clients wanted to see our house the 4th. She had been at the hospital all day. I suspect that she hadn't looked at her phone all day until 9:30 at night. I told her that the 4th was my husbands birthday. I reluctantly agreed to show the house at 1pm. Yes, I could have said no but the house if for sale. 12:45 pm on the 4th, Felicia calls to say the agent just drove by and the clients didn't like the area. They never even saw the house and we spent the morning tidying up. 10. Our property is set up for horses. I don't believe that anyone even thought to post our property on an equestrian/farm website. But guess what? It's not my job to do their job! I've had great experience with Dave & John's Painting, Inc. They were real good; very good. Their price was excellent and their quality was excellent.
He and his wife went above and beyond what most agents would do. Our move was from out of state and more difficult than an in state move. This was our 6th home purchase and they are high on the list of agents we have worked with . They are like family.

They sold my home in less then a week. Multiple offers came in and we went with the best offer. The agent said the buyer wanted 3 thousand in closing costs and I agreed to it. At closing the title company said I owed another $2665.00 in closing costs. The agent did not fully explain closing...
