OMG, Jeff is such a professional person. I had such a horrible experience with the previous lender that 3 days before closing declined my loan that was already approved and they came back with lots of questions that made no sense and no options, simply very unprofessional, I had to ask for a 30 days extension. Anyway Jeff was very well recommended from a friend of mine and the difference with his knowledge, his process, the way he approached my case was unbelievable. Jeff made things happen in a timely manner and kept me informed in every single step of the process. The extension was for 30 days and he got everything ready in 2 weeks. I had an amazing experience with Jeff Lieberman and the Expert Mortgage Group team! We started the loan process on July 25th, 2022 and we closed on the house on August 29th, 2022. Yes, we completed the entire process in 5 weeks! We were actually ready to go the week before, but one additional inspection that was required by the city that I live in added the additional week. Everything was completed remotely using Expert Mortgage Group's great technology tools that was user friendly and effective. Jeff responded to emails within minutes and returned all calls within the same business day. I highly recommend working with Jeff and the Expert Mortgage Group team.

Jeff was great in helping us get a mortgage loan pre-approval. We were on the market to buy a home but it just didn't work out for us. However, we decided to go for a HELOC and Jeff was great as usual in helping us get that.
