I am late in submitting this review due to health reasons, but I want to commend (and recommend) Tim Sarkowski and his team at Sarkowski Lawns. Tim brought his team to do a major lawn cleanup and gutter cleaning for me even though my home is out of their general service range. They did an exceptional job; very thorough, hard working, professional, friendly and courteous. Tim went out of his way to do this job knowing I would soon be having surgery and lengthy recovery. He didn't have to accept this job but he did. He's a hardworking professional and I give him the highest recommendation.

After a few times, he didn't show up. I called and called and left messages. There was no explanation as to what happened or if he was coming back. Very disappointed that I didn't hear back. I did like the service when I received it.

"I have no records of your name in my system please get ahold of me I also don’t do 20cuts and I’m very good at answering my customers back I don’t recall seeing this review in the past but it’s been a busy year with all this rain I see this was in February so I have no clue how this came about but if I didn’t continue to mow it was for a reason."

Tim is dedicated to exceptional customer service and goes out of his way to make sure his clients are satisfied, that he accommodates any additional service requests made, and that any issues are addressed, if necessary. We have used his lawn service for about 10 years now, since he started in the business, and he has worked very hard to establish a great company with a great group of employees. I was referred to Tim 7 years ago by my real estate agent and we have used him ever since then. He is very professional, on time and always keeps my lawn, bushes and trees looking fantastic! He even trims palm trees that are very tall, fixed my sprinkler heads and spread mulch in the beds. He does it all and is always on time! I highly recommend Sarkowski Lawn Service for everything you need to take care of your property.

Tim and his crew have been maintaining 2 houses, a 5 acre, and 12 acre horse pasture and now just transformed a rundown playground at a new business that we are scrambling to get open into a beautiful, clean, mulched area that the most finicky Mom would let her kids play in. He always shows up on time, his work ethic is the best and I never question his advice after 8 years of great performance. He goes over and above anything that is asked of him. A rare find. I highly recommend Sarkowski Lawns!

Sarkowski Lawn Service has been mowing my lawn and tending to my shrub for about 4 years now. I went through 3 or 4 services in the year prior to engaging Sarkowski. They are just great. They are always on time, do a professional job every time and often go the extra mile if they see something that needs to be done that is beyond the scope of their responsibility. Their people are always pleasant and courteous, as well.

I have this company for my lawn service and have been using them for several months. They do a great job and show up the same day every week or early. They do an awesome job, my yard looks fantastic. I have had bad experiences with other companies and to have found this one is a huge relief. So happy with this service!! I have dogs and asked to make sure my gate gets closed after they finish and they always close my gate!! This was a big issue with previous lawn care services.

I waited to do this review. It is very hard to find a yard care company that actually shows up after the first 6 months. They all start out great then just seem to keep pushing me around till I am being cut late Sat afternoon. Sarkowski Lawns Service has now done my yard for 8 months. They come the same day each week and clean up after themselves. I want them to know how much I appreciate their hard work and am very happy to refer them to others.

Very happy with his work. He is kind of expensive compared to previous grass cutters. Doesn't cut twice a month. Only will work for every two weeks. And that is annually.

Tim Sarkowski, owner, was very pleasant and straight forward with his estimate to cut my lawn. The previous lawn company had mowed ruts into my lawn and brutally hacked my newly planted shrubs. Since Tim began the lawn care, the appearance of the lawn has improved. In September when hurricane Irma was headed this way and gasoline was almost impossible to find, Tim managed to get to my house and mow the lawn before the storm hit. After the storm, Tim mowed the lawn after the sun was down to catch up. He is also good at answering emails.

After going through several lawn services, I found Sarkowski here on Angie's List. I have been using them for a couple of years now and they are great. They do the same good job every week, they are prompt and reliable and the few times that an issue did arise, they resolved it quickly and without complaint. Their "A" rating is well earned and deserved.

Tim did a fantastic job. After explaining my situation Tim came out even though it would be after normal hours and took care of it for me. He was terrific! He not only got the entire tree down, he cleaned up every speck of debris on the lawn. I highly recommend him!!!!

I have used them since 2014. The only time we slow down is in the winter months when the grass doesn’t grow that much. My lawn looks better because it’s been cut too short and he’s kept that down. It does look better.
