This guy is excellent. We are trying to buy a house for our daughter and we found him and he does all the work for you. You don't have to do anything except for get the money to him as a closing. His name is Jason Sasser. He actually was able to show us some homes that were affordable, that were not foreclosure, single family homes, that we would want to purchase for our daughter. So he actually did a lot of research in the neighborhood and things like that. He did all that for us. He then helped us with our offer price. He also helped with the survey, the appraisal, the lender, the termite inspection. He knew who to call for every bit of that. So he got us all set up with that, without us having to ask him. He knew the right insurance people to go to. We are still working with him on this, because we haven't closed on the home yet. He has made us real happy. He has always gone above and beyond what most real estate agents will do. He is A-plus, plus, plus.
