"I had been delayed in getting back home on time and when I arrived they were already at work. They found minor leaks around the skimmer, but the major problem was at the old sand filter, It was soaking wet and they initially thought it had become porous over time. (installed in1986). The actual problem turned out to be water under pressure being forced out the top of the filter. They
unthreaded the top and lubed the ring before reinstalling. No more leak.
They also tested the valves controlling  water to the skimmer and vacuum port. One was leaking air into the system causing bubbles and a lose of pressure. This I will fix shortly.

"I did not have a complete bath remodel but I had both the master and guest bath tubs and completely removed the tile and everything up to the ceiling. Angel and Edwin did the master bath the first 2 days, excellent work ethic and did an excellent job. Respected the need for masks during this trying time, Beautiful job, love it. Scott was also great in being my advisor and helping me pick out what I needed, Edwin and Gabriel were the for the guest bath for the next 2 days. Also excellent work and clean up. He gave me the part number for the replacement and a suggestion for a couple of sources. I bought the part, put it in, and the machine is cycling now on a test run. Seems to have done the trick."
