"I was changing my water filter when suddenly the connection broke. Water spewed everywhere. I called several Angie's List vendors and settled on the one that said they could be here the soonest. They arrived in reasonable time. $49 for the diagnostic visit. $95 more for the work performed.
The work was done well. He knew what he was doing and had a good work ethic. Generous. He offered any help I needed with other plumbing issues. Addressed and fixed a noise (and leak?) in the guest bath toilet while he was here and fixed something another plumber had not.
He left a very good impression with me. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the company, I found out later.

Ron was the technician they sent, he was excellent, very professional, explained what and why he was doing the testing he was doing, leak was found. Est for repairs seemed reasonable. We will definitely be using this company in the future and for the repairs now"
