Bob was professional and friendly

Needed to replace a broken deadbolt with one that could be re-keyed to match the rest of our locks. Bob came out the next morning (actually arrived a few minutes early). Replaced the dead deadbolt with one he rekeyed. Then he noticed that the deadbolt had not been operating as it should because the recess the bolt goes into goes in wasn't deep enough. He enlarged the hole so now the lock will work properly.
