Terry's handyman takes pride in every project that we take on. I was born here in southwest Florida. I love it here. I will continue to serve my community with high-quality work that u can bet on. My goal is to expand the company into a premier home builder here in southwest Florida. Here are a few services that we offer- install structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, or hardware. Our responsibilities to our customers are as follows... perform walk-through assessments and prepare cost estimates. Perform basic repairs for example wall damage, and broken windows. complete general maintenance work, move heavy furniture, appliances, and equipment, assist trades with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair work, clean windows, gutters, pavement, and other exterior surfaces, paint surfaces and apply stain as needed, take on other installation, repair, and maintenance duties as needed and legally permitted, follow workplace health and safety rules. we love u sw Florida

We hired Terry to remove a large mirror which was glued to the sheetrock and replace it with a new one. There was limited space in which to work, but he was able to complete the job without shattering the glass. The new mirror was installed perfectly. We will hire him again for future projects

This is the third time that I've used "Terry's Handyman Services" at my home and I'm really quite impressed with all of the knowledge that this man possesses! This time he sealed cracks in the foundation near two different areas of my home where ants were entering. He also trimmed the "thorny" bushes outside the front windy area. He then checked my second story gutter work for any problems. He also "unstuck" a window that had been ajar for forever! I'm changing my garage around, so he helped move some heavy things into the house for me. Love his hard work!!! Highly recommend!

I hired Mr. Terrence for a second time this past weekend, one, once again he did a PHENOMINAL JOB! He was pleasant, and such a hard worker. He wasted no time in getting all of the jobs done from the list that I provided him with. He really aims to please, and will take on extra tasks as needed. He offers GREAT price points as well! I will be hiring him to come out again soon! On this visit, he measured, cut and properly adhered deco window vinyl to both of my front door sidelites. He then assembled 3 huge heavy garage shelving units properly. Next, he assembled a new exercise bike. Last, he assisted in rearranging heavy items in the garage.

Terry did some work on my home 2 weeks ago and I am so very pleased! He is a very personable man, as well as quite knowledgeable! I would describe as a skilled individual who possesses the expertise to get any job done. I had him come over to install a new front glass door, including a new lock and deadbolt. He also built a new frame around the entire door and both sidelites (both inside and outside). He then painted all of the trim. I then had him install new looks on all of the following: front storm door, inside garage door and back lanai door. Last, he programmed my new garage door opener/clicker. GREAT JOB, TERRY!!!

I do not recommend that person, Terry is not a professional, not honest, once he started a job, demand to be paid without finish the work, promise to finish, but not keep his word. Beside that work is not clean, and satisfactory. Has a long ways to learn. Materials used look found in the street. I waste my money. I have to get a professional to over do the job. Terry is disgusting!

Terry did a fine job installing a screen door in our pool cage and repairing a double entry door warped and damaged by Hurricane Ian. Other handymen promised to come to address the issues but did not show up, one for nearly two years, despite repeated promises to fix quickly. The doors work well now.â Terry is on time, is very polite, listened to our concerns, and did a good job at a reasonable price. We highly recommend him.

Terry installed a front entrance door for our home. Cant say enough about how pleased we are with him and his service! Super professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, humble, quality work, plus very nice finish work and clean up! My wife and I programmed our WiFi deadbolt on the door the next day and due to the motor â sensitivity in the deadbolt, called Terry to come back to adjust the deadbolt position slightly. Had nothing to do with his initial install the day before. Terry didnt hesitate and actually came back the next day (on a Saturday), spent another several hours making adjustments to the deadbolt area, refinishing the entire area again, and then refused to take any additional money for coming back. We have a number of projects we will need help with around the house and wont hesitate to call Terry to assist us! He is simply awesome and very competitively, reasonably priced! Kelley

We have found our handyman! We hired him to install a new front door and the door we purchased that ended up being slightly smaller than existing frame and Terrance Terry did a great job retrofitting the existing frame to make it work. He stayed into the evening to get the job done right! We were very pleased with his communication and dedication!

Terry is excellent at rehanging entry doors. We moved into a house 2 years ago and had a contractor trim the bottom. Recently a different contractor who had no time for the job said the door needs to be rehung and then I found Terry on Angi’s. He recommended the same solution for my door and fit me in on my timetable. He rehung the door and it’s The best the door has worked since we moved in!
