"My parentâ s home on Sanibel Island was decimated @ the end of September 2022 by Hurricane Ian, requiring my immediate engagement in the restoration effort as a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC 1525307). Over the course of developing the window and door schedule, Michael demonstrated deep domain knowledge that I found incredibly refreshing in striking the optimal balance between (i) capital investment and (ii) system performance. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"Went very well. Larry showed up at 8:30AM as scheduled . Doors were very old, both screws and rollers on doors were odd size. Larry left and returned within an hour with the correct parts. He and his co-worker cleaned the slider rails and replaced the rollers. Doors now slide good as new."
