"They're really good. Their responsiveness is excellent. The even came over right away before a storm. I was having trouble with one of my shutters and they came out right away that same day and helped me shut it before the storm. Shop around and find the best price. They're honest and they do great work."

"During the quotation process, the communications were great.  Once we got our approvals and were ready for installation, they stopped communicating.  I had to call them to ensure our installation was scheduled for a day we had requested, and to get them to pick a date to do the final measurement.  The actual installation went well, except for a few minor glitches which they agreed to fix.  Then the building inspector failed the electrical connections, and that took 2 trips to get resolved.  The company was very willing to fix everything that needed to be fixed.  I just wish it hadn't taken 3 tries to get everything right, and that they had communicated better along the way.

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"It was excellent. It was one man who came and he's very meticulous, made sure that all parts were lubricated, and he's very professional."

"They did a really good job. I really liked him. He was very polite and very nice. He was on time. He has everything he need on his truck."
