He immediately contacted me, and I explained my 87 year old mother was without air having had several Freon recharges in the past few months. He made time that day to go and diagnose mom s problems. He was unable to get a part that day because stores had closed. He cleaned and sanitized inside unit, recharged system with Freon so my mom and dad would not have to suffer through the weekend without air. He did this service for no charge and said he will check with parts store first thing next business day and we will continue from there. We have a home warranty on our home and so I called them right away to make a claim. They assigned it to Gulf State Heating and Air, they warned me that since it is a Friday and a holiday weekend (Labor Day) that I may not hear from them until Tuesday. It was less than an hour from when I made the claim to when Heath the technician arrived. He was very professional and took the time to educate us on a couple of things we didnâ t know about our unit. It took him about an hour to get our unit up and running again and we are so grateful for that. We will most certainly be using this company for all future AC needs, regardless. They were fantastic and we couldnâ t be happier with the service or time it took."

The team did an excellent. job. They were professional, courteous, responsible and thoughtful. They protected the environment and cleaned up afterwards. They sent us pictures of the before and after so we could see exactly what was done. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the process in a timely fashion.
