"We could not be happier than we are with the services provided by Fresh Air Duct Services.  Taylor arrived promptly, with a great smile and handshake, and worked very professionally.  He explained the steps and as he was finishing, I stood under one registers that was blowing air down before the cover went on and told him that it was just like breathing in fresh air from outdoors. You could tell that Taylor is the same way in his own home, and I truly felt he cared.  He even took down the two cold air returns, degreased and washed them before putting them back into place.  There was no mess at all. "They were extremely professional and personable. And even though they ran about an hour late for the appointment, they called to let me know they were running behind and gave me an approximate time of arrival. I was their last appointment so found that completely understandable. Excellent service and a job well done! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
