I checked my voicemail and had a call from Chris (the owner) asking if all is well, checked with my daughter who said A/C was out. Called Chris back and within an hr, Lucas is at the door. Just to quickly touch on this point, summertime and Friday, Lucas arrived inside of an hr and within 20 minutes found the problem, fixed it and tested the unit. He showed me the poor contact between wires which has likely existed for years. Massive headache gone. All credit to Lucas for finding and solving the problem."
