Extremely knowledgeable and very honest! Not only was my AC fixed in a timely manor, but very clean, he was very respectful of my home! Josh pointed out several reasons of why my AC was out putting at it maximum. He showed me a plan on how he can help fix the issues. Giving me the opportunity to do my own research and take time to discuss the options he presented. It is not often you find honest people with integrity and Josh Dorris is a professional. 100% recommend Emerald Coast Cooling.

I was so pleased with the response time and customer service! Josh and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. With our crazy weather we never know if we will need the ac or heat... I will definitely call them again!

Josh is a great person to work with, he was promptly on time and very informative. His install was clean and so was his work area top notch. He likes to keep you up to date on how things are going and takes the time to answer any questions. He also did not try to sell me something that was not needed.
