Love everyone at One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris the service tech went above and beyond to try to get our old unit working, however it was just to old and broken to be repaired. Tony the salesman was knowledgeable with the unit options along with financing. Tony never pushed for us to get a new unit that we could not afforded. Nick and his team mate(I did not catch his name) were fast with the install. They had the install completed cleaned up and tested to make sure it was working properly all before a thunderstorm rolled in. From initial quote request, service call, sales, and installation within 25 hours, every appointment that was scheduled they were early for.

The did what was necessary to find the leak and a coil needed replaced. They did what they said they would. The work took about an hour for one person.
