Customer service was great. Angela quickly got my problem identified by Chris . Parts had to be ordered and temp inside was 80 degrees . Cole came the day the part came in and had me up and cooling in short amount of time. Chris came by to check out I was satisfied! Best team I’ve seen in a long time ! Highly recommend them !

After sending a text for help in the late afternoon when my AC stopped cooling, Chris called me back later that evening, diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he would send Cole by 8:30 the next morning to fix my system. He showed up promptly at 8:30 and with in minutes my AC was blowing cold air and cooling my house again. Now that is service and I wonâ  t forget it when I need help in the future. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciate it!!!

Angela was wonderful to work with in responding to my original request for service and all the way through with its completion after Heath resolved the issue in less than 90 minutes. I will definitely be keeping Angela and Gulf State in mind for my future projects!

Our AC unit stopped putting out cold air and the temperature in our house quickly started rising, in less than an hour it was already up 6 degrees. We have a home warranty on our home and so I called them right away to make a claim. They assigned it to Gulf State Heating and Air, they warned me that since it is a Friday and a holiday weekend (Labor Day) that I may not hear from them until Tuesday. It was less than an hour from when I made the claim to when Heath the technician arrived. He was very professional and took the time to educate us on a couple of things we didnâ t know about our unit. It took him about an hour to get our unit up and running again and we are so grateful for that. We will most certainly be using this company for all future AC needs, regardless. They were fantastic and we couldnâ t be happier with the service or time it took.

I live in Louisiana and have a condo in Perdido, it's hard for me to be onsite which is frustrating and made me feel helpless. The AC was not cooling and it's August in Florida. I have plans to be at the condo every weekend in August so I was quite distressed. I was fortunate to have Chris and his team diagnose and repair my unit. They were awesome. Denise at his office stayed in touch with me throughout the process and reassured me that they would get it fixed. She is a gem. Chris showed up at 8 a.m. on Monday morning and worked until the leak was located. The level of professionalism and genuine care is second to none. I recommend them highly. They exceeded my expectations !

The convenience and respect which I received from Chris and a coworker was greatly appreciated by myself today! Also, I want to thank Chris and his coworker for arriving promptly and not overcharging me. I had an issue with my smart thermostat. But, he worked efficiently with me for a solution. Also, he vacuumed his work area before leaving.
