Just to quickly touch on this point, summertime and Friday, Lucas arrived inside of an hr and within 20 minutes found the problem, fixed it and tested the unit. He showed me the poor contact between wires which has likely existed for years. Massive headache gone. All credit to Lucas for finding and solving the problem."

He arrived quickly as promised, and gave text notice when he was on his way, also great. He got the window unstuck quickly, after I had tried many times to do it myself. Taylor ( the owner) showed up on time. He cleaned out the dryer vent inside. The vent is through the wall so Taylor got onto the roof outside to clean it all out. He did a great job! He also went  up into the attic  to check that everything was good there with the vent/s etc...

Taylor was hones, professional and very detailed in his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. He will be the first person I call for my dryer and A/C vent cleaning from now on.
