Just to quickly touch on this point, summertime and Friday, Lucas arrived inside of an hr and within 20 minutes found the problem, fixed it and tested the unit. He showed me the poor contact between wires which has likely existed for years. Massive headache gone. All credit to Lucas for finding and solving the problem."

His charge was very fair, although he didn't need to be at our house very long at all. That is, we don't see it as paying him for the short time it took him at our house to fix the problem.
