One time on Memorial Day Weekend, Two how window Ann was there in one hour. Fixed issue within the hour and cool air was back. Hugh has been my AC lifeline for many years. The Best in Pensacola. I'm a former Pararescue Ju mper and I'd trust Hugh to pack my Cutes.

Hugh and his team helped me choose the best system for my needs keeping my limited budget in mind. The service was scheduled for a couple weeks out but they had an opening and got to my house 10 days earlier than planned! My central air conditioning system abruptly quit working. I reached out to several companies. Most didn't answer the phone or return my calls. However, Hugh's Air Repair did. And unlike the others, they could install my new system in just a couple days - and for $1,300 less than their competitors. They also gave me a military discount, which I greatly appreciate. The two techs that were sent to my house, Adam.and Shaun, were wonderful. They were very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. They actually made this whole experience even better. I'm always iffy about strangers coming into my home, but these guys seemed more like family than anything else. I highly recommend Hugh's Air Repair for all of your ac needs!

Very friendly and prompt

Outside AC unit was making a loud noise when turning off. Scheduled an appoint on their website to get a quote for a new system. Hugh promptly emailed me to schedule an appointment. Got a text and call when Hugh was on the way to my house. He arrived on time and brought tools to investigate my issue. Hugh quickly identified the issue being the fan blades falling apart. No pressure from him to get a new system and instead he recommended fixing the blades to get another season out of it. Hugh was able to quickly find a replacement and worked with me to schedule someone for the next day to replace the blades since it was already late in the day. The next day I got a text and call from Thomas when he was on his way. Thomas showed up on time and got to work. Thomas did an excellent job replacing the blades and cleaning up. The price for the parts and labor was affordable. Both Hugh and Thomas were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and here when they said they would be. Will be recommending them to everyone.
