The team made the necessary repairs to the hot tub and then gave the entire pool a new look with coping and tile to match. "LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.  
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well.  He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.
