"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. "From the initial phone call to the office to the completion of the installation of my new heat pump, Ten Plus Service, was courteous, knowledgeable ( I couldn't get over how much Judy, the office manager knew - more than many repair people who have come to my home previously) and efficient.  Not only did they not waste my time, but more importantly they didn't waste my money.
They could have easily pushed for the repairs, so that it was done with them.  Instead they advised me what the best course to take would be, and they had no guarantees I would purchase the heat pump from them.

While they were on site, they also noticed my Navigator wasn't working correctly, and told me what the problem probably was, but as their rates were higher than many of the local pool stores, it would make more sense for me to take the cleaner locally for repairs, instead of paying them to fix it.

I did learn an important lesson from them -- in the future when I am going to buy an appliance or an automobile, I am going to ask the service department which units/cars they have performed the most repairs performed on, so I can be aware of potential future problems BEFORE I make the purchase.  The sales department or the local store is not who is going to be honest about failures (if they in fact are aware of them), they just want the sale/comission.  I had actually never realized this before how valuable the service techs are -- thanks Paul and Dexter of Ten Plus Service.

The price of the product, including the install was very competitive. I had received 2 other telephone bids from  other companies and both were approx 30% higher then Chris and Baby Guard. Seeing is believing!  Ultimately, the fencing product I choose was a much better functional match for my particular application. Yes, it was more expensive, by about only 40.00. But as stated above, longer warranty and a better fit for my application.
I highly recommend working with Chris Fricke and the Baby Guard product seems to be of very good quality.  I also strongly encourage allowing Chris to examine your job site and make recommendations first.
