"Very, very well! The existing sliding glass door had three panels that were very heavy and the new sliding door going in had three panels and was very heavy. The job was only supposed to take about 2 to three hours. But, when the existing sliding door was taken out they discovered that it was originally installed pretty poorly, and had a lot of shims and actually a cement bag stuffed up in the top tracking area. Ridgetop went above and beyond by ensuring the new door was being installed correctly. They cemented to level out the bottom track area so that when the track was laid it would be level and not have to be shimmed. So, they ended up being here about 6 hours due to original incorrect installation and to ensure the new door was installed correctly. After they installed the new door their cleanup was meticulous. To the point of even wiping down the white vinyl and the window. Which pleased me very much because I am a neat freak. The quality of the door that was installed was excellent! It is Hurricane resistant, noise-reducing, and surprisingly for the weight of it, it slides effortlessly. All in all I am very pleased with Ridge Top exteriors! It is obvious to me that Ridgetop exteriors has great pride and confidence in their work and their products. "I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation."
