"I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation."

The inspector came and the job was approved. Now this is where they lose stars... I have called talk with several people about the covers that were suppose to be installed after a month nothing has happened. Every person I’ve talk to, told me they would get back to me either the next day or the day after but nothing. I have told them I can do it but I need a little direction on how but still radio silence. You would think that after $17000 they could call me back but nope. So if you want to work with a company they takes your money does some of the job then doesn’t call you back when there’s issues hire Ridge Top.
