"I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation."

"Kevin came out initially and gave us a very nice quote. He walked the entire house inside and out to make sure he was gathering correct information. He then went over all the details with us including information on the company and how he fit in as well as background on the history of the company to help us understand that they have been in business a long time and take care of their clients. After we agreed to move forward he said the owner of the company, Tim, would be out at a later date to take exact measurements for the openings and door. Tim came to the house on time and he also walked the house inside and out to gather exact measurements for the construction of our windows and french doors. We ultimately decided on single hung though they offer double hung as well. He gave us a time frame that was acceptable for the completion of our windows and when they should be shipped to their warehouse. Once there he called us and let us know when they could come and install them. Jeff and Mat were here all three days and Anthony was here the first day. These guys are extremely efficient and really took care of our property during the whole install. They used drop cloths to cover the new carpet and furniture. They even removed most of the blinds I did not have time to get to in order to caulk around the edges of the newly installed windows. They were very professional the entire time they were here but also made my family feel at ease with them being here. Jeff is an excellent caulker and came back through after the windows were installed to make sure there were no gaps or voids that were missed. On the third and last day they were here Tim, came back out to inspect there work and go over the warranty with us. We noticed that one of the windows was rated differently than the others and he said the wrong sticker was put on it. Instead of leaving it at that he went ahead and ordered a brand new replacement to make sure it had the right glass in it. Also he mentioned that he made a mistake and ordered one of the windows without the grill inside. He went ahead and called the factory and had them build a new window with the grill inside and it will be delivered to them soon. He has been great about keeping in touch with us and even answered questions on a Saturday to put our minds at ease. This is a top notch company and we give them very high reviews. We will probably not need them again for this house but when we move again, if we need to replace the windows we will definately call the window source. "
