487 Floor installed 4/2019. This year it started peeling leaving several spots with exposed concrete. Called many times since February, left detailed voicemails, to no avail. Not a word from this company. Do not do business with them, they do not honor their warranty!

We gave up & contracted another company to install another layer of MBP, remove the plywood subfloor & install an engineered floor....all completed within 2 days.
Everything proposed was installed as planned. Anytime since then that we have had a problem, they have resolved it immediately.

When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."
