"Thomas and Like arrived on time and met with me to verify the scope of work. I showed them one additional item that I would like to be completed and they were able to do that. They met with me a couple of times during the project to show me what had been done and what limitations they were looking at based on the condition of the concrete. They completed the work and showed me what they had accomplished. I was extremely satisfied with their work. Great team and good representatives of LRE Ground Services/Foundation Repair."

"Eric R. from ABC arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional in introducing himself and explaining how he would proceed to determine the cause of the problem. After checking out the overall situation, he gave me an estimate to decide if I wanted to proceed. Eric efficiently accomplished the task, and showed me pictures of what was causing the drain clogs, and gave me tips for preventing future problems. This was really helpful! "He showed up on time and kept me with updates on when he was coming out. Really nice guy. Price was great compared to everyone else. $150. I just felt he could have charged a little lower price once he saw the problem and since he didn't actually snake my main drain line. The drain was plugged with a broken piece of a 3" PVC pipe that was around 4-5 inches long and was located really close to the drain blow out. Once he pulled that out the drain was fine. He thinks maybe the builders left it in there and it got turned somehow which caused the clog. I will use again if needed and I do recommend."
