I cancelled with them. They could have found the problem and fixed it. Their prices were probably 80 percent higher than other companies and they were out here thrice yet didn't find the problem. I wouldn't refer them.

I scheduled an appointment online and showed up at the service department early. The service manager was very efficient and wrote up a service order right away. All scheduled maintenance was performed and the car was ready before the estimated completion time (in about an hour). They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior. Nice job! There was no charge for any services performed as my Toyota Highlander is brand new and maintenance is free for two years.

They were very unethical. They use the bait and switch method in sales and I would not use them again in the future.
