 + -1 moreI cancelled with them. They could have found the problem and fixed it. Their prices were probably 80 percent higher than other companies and they were out here thrice yet didn't find the problem. I wouldn't refer them.

 + -1 moreWhile the sales force was "checking" to see if the "boss" would accept our offer, we found the same car on their internet site for over 5k less than we were told was the bottom line. We walked away. As we were leaving, they sales people told us another company put those vehicles and prices on the internet. Later we got a letter saying we didn't qualify to do business with them. Meanwhile, we had purchase a new Mazda. Now, they keep calling about our internet inquiry and they would like our business.
Description of Work: The sales force assisted us with test driving several vehicles including a 2012 Crossover vehicle. We discussed price with them and our best offer on the crossover vehicle.

 + 0 moreI scheduled an appointment online and showed up at the service department early. The service manager was very efficient and wrote up a service order right away. All scheduled maintenance was performed and the car was ready before the estimated completion time (in about an hour). They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior. Nice job! There was no charge for any services performed as my Toyota Highlander is brand new and maintenance is free for two years.
Description of Work: 10K mile service, including oil and filter changes, chassis lube, tire rotation and safety check.

 + -1 moreAttempted to purchase a new 2012 model toyota and was told by the sales force that 2012 models would not be available until sometime early 2012 wherein they tryed to high pressure me into purchasing a 2011 model auto. I found out a few days latter that the 2012 model auto I wanted was in fact available at this time after visiting another dealer. The sales force lied to me and tryed to pressure me intp purchasing a 2011 model on their lot!
