It took six months to complete the kitchen due to a miss measurement and waiting for one cabinet to be replaced. Catologs were not current so furniture and fabrics were often no longer in stock and it took many days before we were notified and we had to go back and pick out another choice. Customer is responsible for inspecting delivery damage and/or wrong order. Our dining roomtable was damaged (their warehouse people caught that). Direct Buy choose to have the damage repaired as it could not be replaced (no longer in stock), the repair looked OK but turned out to be deficient but we could no longer deal with them being fed up.It cost us $5,000 to join Direct Buy, my guess is at best we broke even but suffered much distress and disapointment for the year we used them.

The service they provide is just lousy. The employees are unskilled in the sales of what they are trying to provide. The just can't provide the services that they advertise.
